Terms & Conditions

You have just signed up for the NBSC Annual Membership at £799 a month including vat.

At the time of signing up you agreed to understanding and accepting our terms and conditions as also outline below.

The NBSC Membership is £799 a year with payment upfront. Payment has been taken on the date of signing up and then on an annual basis until cancelled.

During your time in the membership you will receive access to the NBSC Members Area that contains 35+ masterclasses. You will also receive access to the NBSC Facebook community where you can access peer to peer and NBSC Expert Coach support and access to our coaching calls.

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership by emailing us at hello@nailtechtribe.com at least 3 days before your next payment is due to give us time to process the cancellation.

If you cancel within 3 days of your next payment then the next payment will still be taken and your membership will be cancelled from the following year. For annual memberships we will remind you at least 7 days before the next payment is taken.

Upon cancelling you will keep access to the Facebook Community and Members Area until the end of your membership year. ie if you pay on the 5th of January then you will have access until the 4th of January the following year.

Refunds

I fully expect you to love the NBSC but if you join and it's not what you expected or you want to leave then you can claim a full refund for your the full amount. Just let us know before you have watched more than 15% of the content or within the first 14 days of your membership (whichever comes first) by emailing us at hello@nailtechtribe.com.

No refunds or partial refunds will be available after the initial 14 days as stated above. If you purchase the annual membership and you decide not to use the membership to it's fullest or at all then you will still not be entitled to a refund of any kind.

Annual Payment Bonus

You are entitled to a pay annually bonus that includes a 30 minute 1-2-1 coaching call held on zoom with Joanna Tompkins. This is applicable for your first year only. The coaching calls will take place Wed 21st Feb-Fri 24th Feb 2024. Daytime and evening slots will be available (gmt) but are limited so booking is on a first come first served basis. Once you have signed up you'll receive an email with details on booking in your slot. It is your responsibility to book in. No refunds will be given if you decide not to show up or book the call.
