Terms and Conditions for VIP in-person Fully Booked day

1. Payment:

The cost of attending the VIP in-person Fully Booked day is £399 including VAT.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your place. You also have the option to use Klarna or Paypal Credit if you wish.

2. Attendance:

The VIP in-person Fully Booked day is maximum 20 attendees. It is for professional nail techs and beauticians who are at least 80% fully booked and run their own business.

Attendee must be at least 18 years old.

3. Date Confirmation and inclusions:

The event takes place Friday 20th September 10am-4:30pm plus afterwork drink. The event will be taking place in London, most likely Kingscross station in our own private room.

Refreshments and hot lunch included and 1 after work drink. Extra drinks can be purchased.

4. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made by attendee is non-refundable.

In the event that the VIP in-person Fully Booked day is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund or/and a new date will be provided to the attendee.

Attendee may transfer their booking to another individual with prior approval from the organiser.

5. Liability:

Attendee participates in the VIP in-person Fully Booked day at their own risk.

The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.

6. Confidentiality:

All discussions and materials shared during the VIP in-person Fully Booked day are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of all parties involved.

7. Code of Conduct:

Attendee is expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the VIP in-person Fully Booked day.

Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the organiser may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

8. Amendments:

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By booking a place at the VIP in-person Fully Booked day, attendee agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

9. Guarantee

While the strategies and techniques provided in the VIP in-person Fully Booked day are tested and effective, they require hard work and personal initiative to yield results.
